Hi, I’m Kandice Golden.
Kandice is a small business owner, a mother, a mentor, and a community leader.
Excellence Esthetics was formed in 2016 and was born out of Kandice’s passion for the esthetics profession and her community. Kandice’s business and youth programming spread positivity throughout her South Baltimore neighborhood by instilling confidence and self-esteem among neighbors of all ages.
My approach
We believe that beauty is more than just a business. Here at Excellence Esthetics we strive to extend our knowledge of esthetics services and small business management to serve the broader community. In addition to providing the full range of beauty services, we partner with local schools to provide neighborhood-based life skills programming to young girls. We also work with adults seeking to establish their own esthetics business.
Esthetics Services
Excellence Esthetics provides a full range of beauty services at an affordable rate. Services include skin care and skin care guidance, lashing, waxing, and more. We also offer lash certifications, wax coaching, and small business consulting.
Mentorships
I work with both youth and adults. Adult mentorships are focused on small business development, while youth learn critical life skills such as self-confidence and self-care.
